Orders: By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@nutrapaws.co.uk.
Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Refund policy
90-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied with NutraPaw German Shepherd Joint Support within 90 days of purchase, contact us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to claim: Email info@nutrapaws.co.uk with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 90 days, you're covered by our money-back guarantee.
One per household: The 90-day guarantee applies once per household address. Subsequent orders placed to the same address are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
Minimum usage requirement: To be eligible, the product must have been used consistently for a minimum of 30 days. We ask that you give the formula a fair chance — joint support builds over time.
Proof of purchase required: Refunds require a valid order number from nutrapaws.co.uk. Orders purchased through unauthorised third-party sellers are not covered by this guarantee.
